They call it free speech. It's a Constitutional thing. There is no law forbidding anyone from being "racist" but there are laws about action upon their racist ideology. Flying a flag of choice is not breaking any law. It may not be tasteful in the area of Northern migrants here in the Villages, but we have that freedom and those that do not approve have the freedom to move elsewhere. It appears that the WOKE crowd has once again proven how hysterical they can get.
Just out of curiosity, how many here have passed Ukrainian flags being displayed? For the many of those that are Russian-American do you think that would offend? I don't see any drop in housing prices. My home has doubled in value according to the present selling prices of similar homes.
Someone asked me what the black American flag with a blue strip was when we passed it. I told that person that it represented support for law enforcement or Blue Lives Matter. I bet that offends some also, right? Everyone has loyalty and pride to something and many like to display their loyalty.
Get over it. I live across the street from someone of a differing political party. Oh my! They are great neighbors.
