Lou Lou’s in Louisville. Chef and owner is from Louisville, trained in NOLA. (Restaurant is named after both, There isn’t one thing I don’t love at that restaurant. Origami site is small, but they are opening a new place near downtown.
I have eaten at Fleet’s, and while I really liked their S&G, Lou Lou’s is still my favorite. I grew up making grits at a young age. Alway got our grits directly from a stone mill. Now we add different cheeses, and always use pink shrimp
