More details regarding the need are important. If this is to interpret a church service or a political rally or a corporate function, each has its specific jargon in English, and as you might expect, if one is unfamiliar with the signs for such jargon, they may not be interested in the assignment.

Also, consider the requirement for "certified." By whom? Court level, NIC, CCC? A level of accuracy needed for court or interviewing murder suspects is far different than one needed to convey a church sermon.

Anyhow, the lack of detail in your request, I suspect, correlates with the lack of responses to the post.
