I'm not fond of facial inks, and not fond of piercings other than mundane earrings and maybe those tiny little diamond studs on the side of the nose some Indian women like. But I don't think ill of anyone who chooses more obvious expressions of their taste. They like what they like. That doesn't make them criminals, and it isn't only criminals who do it. Assuming that someone with facial inks must of course be a low-rent criminal and judging the person because of it is offensive.
If you have trouble understanding that I was demonstrating that point by using your own personal insufficiencies as an example, well that's on you.
