Just keep saving those dimes, nickels and frequent flier miles. The treatment you need may only be available as a medical tourist to India, Thailand, Turkey, Singapore and Cuba. They will care for anyone with cash, regardless of age.

I will love to review the regulations, standard operating procedures and decision algorithms to be used by "counselors" in this new system. I bet the training program will be interesting and only available for the under-40 crowd.
