I used Star Amidor 352 446 1261, she was phenomenal from start to finish. I bought my house in June and she was there every step of the way. She responds immediately to calls/text messages. Her assistant is also top notch. If anyone is buying, give her a call. She sold a few of my friends homes in The Villages and came highly recommended.
The VLS knows of homes going up for sale before they get on the market. That is a wonderful advantage. I saw my home the day it was advertised and the minute I saw it; I made an offer and within an hour the seller accepted the offer. I signed the contract the same day.
I still call her for recommendations for various services. If she doesn’t answer; she calls me right back. Star is a gem.
