What were your results. Also considering a POU water heater.
Unless you can somehow run a return line for recirculating it will just be a tankless water heater. When our house was built we had a recirculating heater installed with the return line. It is instant through most of the house but takes about 20 seconds to get hot in our outside kitchen.
