We have a Lantana and the modem and router are in the Front BR/Office. I use a Mesh Router by Eero or you can use one by Google. They come in two packs or three packs. Just place one in the Front room connected to your modem and the other one out in the Lani or LR. You will have a strong signal all over. Well worth the money.
