I don’t think we ever would have found this little gem of of a show had it not been recommended at a dinner with friends.

The episodes document a year of Jeremy Clarkson’s farming of his thousand acres in the Cotswolds.

I had never heard of Jeremy Clarkson, but, of course, I have now looked him up. Interesting guy. (I will leave you to read about him, too, if you don’t know either but find you like his show.)

The scenic shots are beautiful. The people involved in the farm are fun to meet. The day-to-day struggles and joys of farming give the viewer a lot to think about.

Like I said, we would have missed this one completely except for a recommendation — so this is now my recommendation to try it if you think you might like something educational and entertaining and fun to watch.
