Wow, those "old biddies" as some refer to them, are not only prolific but they appear to have a hell of a lot of stamina.
Let's review - that's 80 alleged violations in ONE neighborhood. If they drove around all day, say 8 hours, no bathroom breaks, cart gas, lunch, etc., they wrote 10 every hour. That's one every
SIX MINUTES, all day long. Really? Does anyone REALLY believe this?
If you do, be aware there's a fat guy in a red suit coming in 6 days. He's coming in. Unless you've been naughty.
