I have a question that you can answer for me . Is that a dialect Gerald has, from a specific area, or is that just how he talks? Or a bit of both?

We are very lucky to live here, it is a wonderful area, and with a lot of history.
The Cotswolds were once the wealthiest area in England, when wool was king.
Property is very expensive, but we were lucky to find a vacant hovel to live in.
You are more than welcome to pop in.
Regarding Gerald. No one understands a word Gerald says, definitely not a local dialect.
Local beer is pretty potent though!
