What exactly are they treating in the attic? Are they fogging,painting or spraying? Borate treatments can be kin of sloppy what about runoff of the spray? Is that going to come down into the house? I think so. Do you have active drywoods? I don't think TV is over run with this type of termite. Sounds like a cheap sales ploy. I'd get an inspection once in awhile but treatment-You should wait. Drywood termites DO NOT do heavy damage very quickly. It may take years for a colony to grow to any significant size. Most corrective treatments now days are localized to the area of infestation due to this fact.
