What is this all about? When I've called about this, they say, "Oh I don't know, it's just the way we do billing."
This scenario goes on and on. Since when is over-lapping billing a custom and valid way to bill. Anyone else have this problem and are we all paying the same amount each month? Thanks for your help.......

The first thing that comes to mind is you pay garbage and amenities by the month , not day. So no problem there. I think everything else is metered so no problem there.
Is there anything on the bill paid on a daily basis?
