Our house has 35”dryer 35” washer 7” lower and 4 risers stacked =81”. 8 foot ceiling. We don’t have a cabinet above, because we already had the risers. Next time we would use one 7” and the spacer riser. No issues with tall people, but you really can’t be 5’.

Our new build went with giant washer/ dryer height is 38.7” because we ordered stacker there are spacers for both, but not sure how high. Stacked units now come in small apartment sizes, to the ginormous units we are getting at our new house.

So very doable no matter how high your ceilings are just need to buy the Stack correct height
