I wonder what happens to the Villages if the next generation of Morse Family members decide they're not interested in the business at all, and go on to other things. Does the entire Villages close due to lack of interest of the holding company? If they sold it, well at this point you'd need a major corporation or an insanely wealthy person to buy them out. What would the community be like, if that happened?

Or if they couldn’t find someone to buy it in whole and had to sell it piecemeal? What kind of can of worms would that be?
