Obviously just put the plate there thinking "hey if I have a plate, it means it's legal right?" Because actual rules are for everyone else.
I break rules too. But not at the expense of other people. I drive faster than I should - as long as I'm not causing anyone else to move over, or get stressed. I reach for my water bottle when I'm thirsty. Distracted driving hm? But only when I'm either stopped at a stoplight, or on an open stretch of road with no other traffic.
In other words - I am a rule-breaker who has excellent spatial awareness, and intention of action.
Not just some POS who doesn't care that there are other people around and maybe his actions are going to create problems.
