Yeah, I agree with that statement.

We live north of route 44 and we have always enjoyed walking and biking around the new areas as they were being built.

Right away we could see problems with Citrus Grove. We have always known that it would be difficult living in a neighborhood along Pinellas and Hillsborough, and we could guess that it would the same with Citrus Grove.
