Once you have that you can see the tax breakdown and the bond is also listed as assessments. It will not tell you the balance and I do not know the bond payoff terms. If you had that then you could get close to the current balance. That also takes into consideration that there have not been any double payments.

Thanks, I've used the records that way many times but the original post asked about the balance - I don't think you can get that on the Sumter site. Easiest to call the district offices.
