Actually you will have either a "guest" pass, or a "resident" pass. A renter can get the "resident' pass if the landlord relinquishes his/her resident pass, and a $50 fee is paid. That pass entitles you to anything and everything a resident pass holder would be entitled to.

A "guest" pass is different. You can play pickle, use the amenities (but not a sports pool), and you will pay some fees that a resident wouldn't pay, and higher greens fees at the championship courses.
