You can also look for what is in the rest of Florida using this resource and clicking on the map for the area in which you are interested. http://myfloridalegal.com/directory

Checked links for working order-- February 3, 2009.
Hope other TOTVers will get involved with requesting library systems here around the Villages about making sure there is a link to the Florida Victim Services Directory available from their web-sites so that people who may need this aid are quickly made aware of its existence.

Here are the local Villages library web-site links:

Sumter County Library Services -- http://sumtercountyfl.gov/index.aspx?NID=90

Marion County Library-- http://marioncountyfl.org/Library/Library_default.aspx

Lake County Library System-- http://www.lakeline.lib.fl.us/

They seemed to have redone their library pages on the Lake County Library System so there as of right now is not a link for survivors of crimes on their web-page. I suppose links from the Sumter, Marion, and Lake County Sheriff's office would also be very logical. That would be the first place I would look if I were standing in the shoes of someone who needed this information. Aluchua County Library System (Gainesville), for instance, still shows this link in their Legal Information section. http://www.aclib.us/research/links/00016

Sumter County Sheriff's Office web-site-- http://www.sumtercountysheriff.org/

Marion County Sheriff's Office web-site-- http://www.marionso.com/main.php

Lake County Sheriff's Office web-site-- http://www.lcso.org/
