I would go to the manufacturers website or call the manufacturer directly and ask them about your specific application. I recall asking about this a few years ago and was told that some products do not like a lot of sunlight and tend to fade or fail due to excessive UV.
As notes above if the lanai is enclosed then Mohawk Luxury Vinyl Plank might be a very good choice. I installed this in bedrooms, closets, and hallways a few years ago great product. It is 100% vinyl, 100% waterproof, and flexible. It is installed directly over concrete (No under layment per mfgs instructions). It can be cut with a utility knife (NO dust) or a specialized heavy duty cutter. I would still confirm with Mohawk about your application.
