Illegal gang money can be stopped without turning the tax collection system upside down and favoring even more so the WEALTHY...........by better border enforcement and a greater budget for the FBI and local Police and better Police training. But, here we go again THOSE common sense proposals would require HIGHER PROPERTY TAX and income tax which the WEALTHY are reluctant to pass. And who can blame them? It is human nature to be SELFISH.........and they are in SPADES !
