I have never seen an adjustable threshold, ours has 4 screws, but these are to hold the threshold down. If you have a gap at the bottom of your door check the rubber sweep, we have had to replace ours. The only other option I can think of is to go to ACE hardware on Wedgewood, as they seem to stock a lot of Village specific parts and may be able to help you. On a side note, one of our thresholds had a rubber gasket between it and the main (wide) threshold. I tried to replace it and could not find the part anywhere, I ended up using a CLEAR silicone between the 2 pieces, which has been working very well.
