You don't say how old your home is-still warrantied? Threshold pushed down in the middle?
What has been moved in or out safe, Refrigerator? I would first check with a straight edge, long level etc to be sure it is in fact sagging. Ours, our door was not properly hung. That prevented the lock from working properly. As it was not working properly the sweep, rubber under the door was damaged. Was all repaired under warranty-N/C.

If, not under warranty, IT IS COLD OUTSIDE. They used to make a fabric, snake you would tuck under a bottom door seal that was N/G. I would wait till it is warmer to tackle this project. For me what should be a one hour job somehow ends up at least half a day.
