Middle screws missing. I assume you are saying there are holes there with no screws in them. Sounds like whomever put in the door was a they will never see that aftsman.
If, you take the other screws out, you will see what they should be and why the center screws were left out. Cement below the threshold with holes in the wrong place? They
were ripped out when heavy stuff, refrigerator was installed etc. If, the screws go into
wood, termites?
