But I did have something invaluable - natural immunity. I have been thankfully free of any cold/flu symptoms since. (I don't think it is a magic power - I think the Covid virus (& its associated variants) has out competed the normal cold/flu viruses & it probably won't last much longer). Some details: 60 years old, non-smoker, adequate Vitamin D level (as shown in blood tests a few months later), daily walker, excellent health, pretty good nutrition (I eat my veggies).
