These are the same people doing the estimates on health care reform.
Based on the Cash for Clunkers experience, they need to multiply their health care estimates by at least 3, and it will still be too low.

I, for one, don't like the cash for clunker program! It's nothing more than another program that rewards bad behavior. Someone decides to follow the crowd and buy a huge, gas guzzling SUV. Now with gas prices higher and the car/truck worth next to nothing, we the taxpayers are supposed to bail you out from your mistake.
