A name on the door (Glenview) rates a Bigelow on the floor. My whole career in the church music business was spent on getting rid of sound absorbing material to encourage better singing acoustics. Since we don't sing in a restaurant I'd suggest carpet and sound absorbing panels. After all, we want to enjoy the conversation at OUR table, not the entire restaurant!
