Anything the UN says about the climate is backwards -- junk science. They can say the "hole" is healing, because it's now "summer" at the South Pole when the sun shines constantly. Guess what, the sun creates ozone. During each winter season, the sun don't shine down there, and the hole comes back. The sun creates ozone, and lack of sun destroys ozone. That's the science.
