I don't expect to see any charging stations south of 44 unless a Wawa decides to come into the area.

A few neighbors have electric golf carts as well as EV autos. I've discussed their experience with a few of them here in Marsh Bend near Edna's, the Marsh View Pitch & Putt, and the Lowlands Executive Golf course.

There is no easy answer for the curious. There are no charging stations available within The Villages. There are a few outside The Villages. Of those, even, there are very few.

If they were to be provided within, near the squares or sports/activity/rec facilities, I'm sure there'd be problems, as there would never be enough of them, and people would overstay their parking at the charging station, unless there were penalties for staying too long.
