Fully understand, but you missed my comment about overstaying in the charging spot.
And then there's the maintenance if those outlets.
And finally, there will be a need to charge a $$ amount for that service.
I come from the west coast and saw first hand the controls that had to be placed on the convenient charging capability on city streets, stores, and parking lots. The biggest problems were vandalism, charging stations not working, and those who parked their EV car too long at the charging spot.
