The Villages also did NOT put in any gas stations.
What happened, was an entrepreneur saw an opportunity, leased real estate from The Villages and built a gas station, to make a profit.
If an entrepreneur sees a market, to make money, in on demand charging stations, someone will lease space from a landlord, and build out an on demand charging stations.
My thought, for it to be profitable, it would be too expensive, and no one would use the service.
