Your best bet is to buy a Drive 2 PTV - personal transportation vehicle. That model has turn signals, etc and most importantly is geared higher to accommodate sustained higher speed. The standard cart built for a golf course is not designed to go 20 MPH for (relatively) long distance.
TV Golf Carts is the most convenient BUT you will pay a large premium if you buy there. Carts and Clubs in Ocala is a little cheaper and produces a very nice cart designed for TV. Still pricy but better than TV Golf Carts. They come to TV to do maintenance every day. The dealer in Webster is cheaper and will also service the cart.
I bought mine in Alabama and saved about $2,000. Service here is an issue but if you are assertive they will do warranty work.
