Also likely determined by the national intelligence agencies to be more valuable to observe than to immediately shoot down. There are many details that civilians do not need to know; nor should they be told. Simply leave those details out of the media and let folks believe whatever they want to. In other words, let the civilians deceive themselves based on the absence of a few important facts. Not lies, but half truths.
