It was exactly a year ago Feb 2022, when Another Broken Egg announced their plans to open in Brownwood. Jersey Mikes was also supposed to open in Deaton Plaza in April 2022, and they’re not open yet either. I suspect the building trades are committed to building homes, Middleton and Eastport in TV, and there’s little interest or manpower available for these smaller projects.
