The package offered by CenturyLink at the time was $49/month, "Price For Life" with no contract required. CenturyLink has spun off their fiberoptic business and it is now called Quantum Fiber. In switching to Quantum my price went from $49/month to $30/month and my download speed went from 100Mbps to 200Mbps with an upload speed of 200Mbps as well. During the 5 years since I made the switch I have never lost or have had interrupted service even during hurricanes, high winds and heavy rain. My service and router supports 3 TV's, 1 computer, 1 iPad and multiple cellular phones and I have never experienced any buffering. Good luck and smart move in cutting the cord.

Lucky you! We wanted to go this route down here south of 44 in DeLuna, but they aren’t available yet. Hope they are eventually. We have Spectrum internet only, and they’re okay, but best upload speed we can get is 25. With our plan at $70/month we have 500/20.
