They sure don't do much ! Our neighborhood is averaging 3 "free roof" people per house per week now. Also, neighbor called about aggressive guy who seemed to have legitimate need to make some money, kept lowing the cost and trying to talk her into having him take some old bushes out. She kept telling him "no", but he keep her talking and she called the community watch. They said they have NO legal power, but she should call police IF he actually threatened her (which he did not) ! Adult children of our very close friends live in an ACTUAL private community near Orlando. NO ONE is allowed to solicit, and, to get into the gate the RESIDENT must ok it (such as if they want a plumber or repair man to come).
