It's amazing how many arm chair generals we have here on this thread...many of whom have difficulties operating a motor vehicle without causing major alarm among our neighbors.

Dog Poop, Linedancers, Chair Stealers, White Crosses, No Good! Balloons flighting willy-nilly over our beautiful country need to be in the hands of decision-makers, I'll leave that there.
What if the balloon was flying over your Village or Pool or the Home of your children or grandchildren? Wouldn't you want some action quickly then?
