I really like a whole lot of your posts Bay Kid. That being said I've been on TOTV'S for a few days now and have learned to NEVER take the word of a realtor or any salesperson as truth. Using it as a guideline to do further investigation sounds better.
Salespeople remind me of our youngest son. If you don't ask the exact deadhead question they don't do anything to give you the entire story. Give it a try. Ask your Realtor a question that you already are certain of the answer to and see what you get. I loved our sales lady but the bottom line is to get you to sign. PERIOD!
There is a one-sentence line on page 10 of the contract that mentioned the Bond. She never brought it up until I did at the very last minute before I forked over the 10%. She was Skooby Doooing her words cause I trapped her and she was embarrassed. Beware, quadruple-check everything cause once you sign that's the ballgame, Jack!
