1. Yes, she was twerking. She kinda made that move famous a few years ago. It's an extension of the Mapouka dance, a modern dance of the Ivory Coast in West Africa from the 1990's.
2. You can't understand her because she's Barbadian and has a very thick accent.
3. The largest generation demographic of NFL fans aren't old enough to have one foot in their grave yet. This is their dance music. Just like I never understood the point of the Watusi, you don't have to understand the point of twerking.
4. Yes, she's pregnant. It's amazing what pregnant women are capable of doing these days. Back when you were in your 30's, pregnant women stayed home, vacuumed the floors, had their husband do all the heavy lifting, had the milk man deliver the gallon of milk, didn't buy pampers because they were washing cloth diapers themselves, and their husbands actually earned enough money that the wives didn't have to work to support the family. And so they weren't allowed to. They also weren't allowed to have a credit card in their own name. Dancing while pregnant was scandalous, and probably considered dangerous. Women also smoked and drank while pregnant because they weren't informed yet that both of those things were unhealthy to their unborn child.
5. Rhianna is also known for celebrating her sexuality. It's not particularly to my taste but I don't fault her for sharing her enthusiasm.
6. She was fully dressed from chin to toes, and those white outfits are hip-hop outfits. Considering that Rhianna is a Barbadian hip-hop performer - it makes sense. I don't know how any of them were able to handle all that costuming, it was in the 70's yesterday. I would've been sweating bullets.
5. I'm not much of a Rhianna fan, but I do like a couple of her songs. They're great for exercising. And twerking. Which is actually fun, and I'll continue doing until I have to worry about breaking a hip in the process. By that time, some other music genre will show up on the charts and I'll whine that it's horrible and vulgar.
