Default Waiting until after summer to decide.
Single pane, no mini split (yet).

I’ll make a decision on the mini split after this summer.

One question. I’ve also thought of cutting a register in the ceiling and running a 6 or 8” flex duct off the existing hvac system. Has anyone tried this or is there a valid reason not to do it?
