Do you have some favorites? I really was enthralled with The Sixth Sense, Pulp Fiction and the Die Hard movies. Except the last one set in the Soviet Union. Or, maybe, it had gone back to being Russia by then.
The original Die Hard is my #1, followed by 12 Monkeys (1999) and the Sixth Sense. Willis' performances in those three were his best in my opinion. I also like the next three Die Hard movies, not as perfect but still a lot of fun - Justin Long one has a lot of sly fun moments. I am actually a big fan of one of his so-called "vanity piece" movies widely panned by the critics, the updating of Death Wish with Vincent D'Onofrio and Wendy Crewson among others. I know almost everyone pans it bitterly, many without actually watching it. It's a very different movie than the Michael Winner original with a lot more wry humor and interesting supporting characters with less repetitious stalking and killing. Yes, it has very little in common with the book beyond vigilantism of a man whose family is destroyed by street thugs. It's a different film and it takes place in Chicago, not New York. I know I'm virtually alone but I advocate watching it and deciding for yourself. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. After that, yeah, his abilities slowly but relentlessly deteriorated due to his health.
