ouch...I've had plantar fasciitis, in both feet...hurts a lot....I don't want to try to imagine what a partial tear would feel like...
I've had a succession of hamstring problems this winter, and now fighting (and losing) a battle with tennis elbow.
I wish you a speedy recovery, but you know better than most, these things don't heal quickly.
