Now turtles don't poop on lawns, they much prefer water (so watch out for your pool).
Also, I've had my turtle 54 years and my vet bill in total has been, let's see, zero $.
I take her for a daily walk on the lanai, big area for her! And turtles are solitary, so I don't have to worry about her getting diseases from other nasty turtles!
