True that, but large numbers of plants and forests like in the Amazon Rain forest have been plowed under such that plants can NOT ABSORB all the greater CO2 produced by ICE vehicles. Remember China is overcrowded and its middle class is buying more ICE vehicles. There IS EXCESS CO2 and the earth TRIES to store it in the oceans and upper atmosphere. In the upper atmosphere, it caused the reflection of heat waves and the earth WARMING. In the ocean, it kills the coral reefs.
