in the 5 years we've been here, so far the strawberry fest is one of the biggest events of the year. (the crows get bigger it seems too, lol.) to enjoy it also depends on how far you can walk or be active. i knew better this year-gave $$ to my kid & had her get the strawberries for me. these berries are AMAZING! juicy, tender & fresh.
i can suggest going by golf cart if you have one, there are few places to park once the lots are filled up. be prepared what to expect for next year, should you decide to attend--don't let the crowds deter you from a wonderful day.
