He lives near Daytona Beach, took a rented trailer for him to get it. The clutch went bad. He called The Villages golf cart sales and they said they had the part but would not sell it to him because of parts shortages involving the supply chain issues the country is facing but would install it if he brought in the cart. He advised that he would have to rent a trailer and drive it over. Not acceptable to him. He suggested he pay for the part AND their labor charge (they would not have to install the part) and have me just pick up the part for him. They would not even do that!! Now what king of BS is that? Some parts are very easy to install, a drive belt for instance. This is no way to treat us.

Around 6-7 years ago, I had my cart in for an oil change / tuneup. I asked for a quote to upgrade my lights to LED on my older cart. The quote I got was so outrageously over-the-top from the smarta-- salesman, I have never been back and will never go back. If you want my money, show some respect.
