Interesting. I've had nothing but positive and helpful service from them for the past 11 years. From purchase, aftermarket parts, rentals and service. In fact, the last purchase (a larger cooler) the salesperson walked out back and installed the bracket for me on the spot.
The only time I wasn't able to obtain a part (drive belt) was because they were out of stock, I bought the part online. Perhaps they had the belt, and were using them only for customers having them replaced at the shop. I would certainly understand that, as I wanted to do the repair myself. And I totally get that they don't want to be a "parts shop" for DIY'rs
