I use the weather station on my roof with my Rachio 3 and it works great for rain over xx" or winds over xx" to delay watering. That being said I use manual schedules for watering and allow my weather station to only determine if there was too much rain (or wind) to water. There are lots of local weather stations likely on homes very close to you you can use in your Rachio app to monitor rain and wind.
