They are even using government assets to collect information on who doesn't agree with them, and have never provided any information via the Federal Register which by law (Privacy Act of 1974, as amended; codified as 5 USC 552a) (see http://www.usdoj.gov/opcl/privstat.htm) they are supposed to, regarding what's being collected, why, how it is to be stored and who will have access to the information - that's mandatory for any "system of records" within the government. Using email to collect information qualifies as a "system of record."

What's next? What do they do with the names? If you disagree with the Administration's or the Democratic Party position, the IRS comes after you as a person of "special interest?"

So, the Joe McCarthy and J. Edgar Hoover modus operandi is alive and well - we just substitute "disagrees with heath care plan" for "red scare."
